What is NoFrillsSEO?”
NoFrillsSEO is a simple, powerful and affordable web-based system that allows it’s members to very easily create SEO Campaigns – in less than a minute! This then triggers the all-important background work, primarily building laser-targeted links, which helps improve your search engine rankings.
What is SEO?
SEO, or Search Engine Optimisation, is the activity required to get a website ranked highly on the major search engines, ie Google, Yahoo & Bing.
How does NoFrillsSEO Work?
Once you have used the ‘set and forget’ system, it produces worksheets for our link-builders who manually, yes MANUALLY, create your links. When Google comes across these links it basically sees it as a ‘vote’ for your site. The more ‘votes’ your site gets, the more popular it assumes it is and therefore acknowledges this via rank improvements.
What is Link Building?
Link Building is the laborious, time-consuming, repetitive task of posting a link in relevant & related directories & forums across the internet. Most submissions will require email validation & confirmation, which of course is done behind the scenes on your behalf.
Where will my Links be put?
Primarily, we will post your details in online Business Directories. Whilst they may occasionally create traffic to your site (don’t expect too much though), they are indexed by the search engines and all count towards a “popularity vote” of your website, thereby increasing your rankings.
What is Social Bookmarking?
As more and more people & businesses are using Social Networking (ie Twitter, Facebook etc), search engines are now looking here too. A Social Bookmark is basically a reference/link to your site, posted via someone elses account which starts creating a BUZZ about your site. These bookmarks have helped get some great results recently, so they are recommended along with the traditional link building methods to form a well-balanced SEO campaign.
Why do I want Top Rankings?
Millions of searches are done each & every day online. Most people will not look beyond the 1st page of results. Being on the 1st page can bring an endless stream of unique visitors to your website, which you’ll hopefully convert to sales.
Will my sales improve?
NoFrillsSEO just helps drive traffic to your site, by getting high ranks. Whether you convert them to sales is then down to you and the content on your website.
What countries does this work in?
We have had results in many countries, but prefer to focus on UK & USA. Primarily because of the language barrier and also because, if you get rankings there, you’ll probably rank quite well in other countries too. Currently, we only offer rank checking for Google.com & Google.co.uk.
Do you guarantee Top 10 Rankings?
No. We have had a great deal of continued success and we are very confident, but with external factors outside of our control, we cannot guarantee a top 10 ranking. We can however guarantee that we will create the stated amount of links & social bookmarks. We can guarantee that we will never delete your links.
Please note that the resulting activity generated by this system is done by approx 70-80% of all SEO companies. We all know these links work. We are just offering a cheaper, more efficient way of getting it done.
Why is it so cheap?
Because we have got rid of all the fat, waste an un-necessary activities within the link-building process. We have automated whatever can be automated, got rid of what we don’t need and don’t have to fund a Sales team or group of Account managers.
What Support do I get?
Within the members portal, you will have access to a help file and also a Feedback form to get in touch for any reason. To reduce overheads & keep costs down, we don’t employ people to sit around waiting for phone calls, instead we invested in a system so simple that support needs will be minimal. Obviously, we offer email support.
What is a Keyword?
A ‘keyword’ or ‘keyphrase’ is the actual set of words people type into Google (or other search engines) when doing a search.
What do I need to know to setup my SEO campaign?
Nothing you probably don’t know already. Your web address (URL), your category of business, ie “Accountant” or “Printer”, what country you want to rank in (UK or USA) and what keywords potential clients will typically type in when searching for your services.
How long does it take to setup my SEO campaign?
Less than a minute!
Trying to trick Google?
No chance. Forget it. They are bigger, better and cleverer than most of us. Never, never try and trick Google. Instead, follow their guidelines, which in-a-nut-shell are; Make your site as valuable & informative as possible for your visitors. Use rich, fresh content and make navigation easy. What we are doing is creating enough links to your site so that Google notices you and rewards/ranks you accordingly.
Will this work on ALL websites?
No. No matter how much SEO work is done and how much you spend, if your website is rubbish, it probably won’t help. Websites that will struggle include spammy sites with too many adverts, sites with duplicate content and one-page sites that offer no real content/value to the visitor.
Are there any websites you won’t work on?
Yes, any website with content we feel is offensive or illegal will be removed from the NoFrillsSEO system immediately. We are neither legal experts or morality experts, but we have a well-rounded, morally sound, common-sense approach which we believe broadly reflects the views of most decent people. Our decision is final.
When will I get Top Rankings?
Typically we expect significant rank improvements within 1-2 months and top rankings within 3 months. If however after 1-2 months you are not seeing any improvement, this could suggest the keyword is too competitive – in which case, try a different keyword. You have the option of upto 4 keywords per website, so try a mix of different keywords, ie some with geography included, ie “Printer Birmingham” or some longer phrases, ie “Cheap Printer in Birmingham”.
What Keywords should I use?
Try and put yourself in the mind of your potential customers and think “what would they search for?”. The trick here is not to go for ridiculously competitive keywords, ie “computers” but instead go for something at lot more targeted, ie “computer repairs manchester”. Once you have entered your choice of keywords, we will do some keyword research for you and send you the findings. This report will tell you what keywords were searched for in your field and what the competition is. This then allows you/us to spot the most profitable keywords to target.
How many Keywords can I use per campaign?
Minimum 2, Maximum 4. We set a minimum of 2 because a campaign focused on 1 keyword isn’t very well balanced, or natural. The maximum is 4, so the campaign doesn’t become too diluted. You can of course change the selected keywords at any time, although we do usually recommend giving it 2-3 months per keyword to give it a chance.
What else can I do to improve my Rankings?
Work on your website, ensure you have no duplicate content, offer value & interest to your visitors and keep it updated, ie fresh. You could also join industry-specific forums and make regular, informative posts with the all-important link to your website. We will send you a monthly SEO audit of your website, highlighting any areas that you should/could work on the help with the SEO.
Do you provide Rank Reports?
Within the NoFrillsSEO portal you will have access to the Google rankings of all your keywords. This is updated on a weekly basis. Again, compiling and emailing rank reports was one of the time-consuming elements stripped out of the ‘traditional’ SEO process and replaced by something which gives you the same information, but takes a lot less effort.
My keyword hasn’t ranked yet, what should I do?

How do I Pay?
All payment processing is done by PayPal. Apart from the security this provides to our customers, it again eliminates the potential overhead of collecting monthly payments – which as you can probably appreciate, is a major headache!
Do you charge VAT & provide invoices?
Yes we charge VAT, our Vat registration number is GB 103 7109 56. There is a strange quirk of PayPal in that it doesn’t automatically add VAT to subscriptions, so we have to include it up front. Hopefully, the PayPal invoice is sufficient for your bookkeeping records, but if not, we are more than happy to supply our own invoices for you.
Is there a minimum Contract?
Absolutely NOT. Stop whenever you like. If it’s not working for you, why should you be tied in? However, we expect you will love the results you get and stay with for as long as you are profiting from our work. We do recommend however, that you give each keyword about 3 months as this is the time it typically takes for search engines to recognise & acknowledge a steady growth of links… but, it’s your money and the choice is yours.
Is it a one-off payment?
The membership is treated as a subscription, again handled by PayPal. This means you have the control to stop it at any time. However, for an effective SEO campaign, we recommend running it for at least 3 months.
Do you delete our links when we’re done?
Absolutely NOT. Apart from the fact that you’ve paid for them & therefore it would be technically immoral, it would be a waste of energy… and as you can see from this system, we don’t like wasting energy!
Great, I’ve got a Top 10 Ranking. Now what?
Congratulations, you have joined the growing list of NoFrillsSEO clients who have got to the Top. Now you have a choice, you can either keep the campaign going to ensure the keyword stays at the top, or alternatively, swap the keyword for another one and get that ranked too. If you do this however, please keep an eye on the original keyword as with no on-going link building campaign, it may start dropping.
Who is this system for?
Basically, anyone with a website who wants to generate more traffic and ultimately more business (or brand awareness).
Typically though, there are 3 main types of members we have;
1) Individual/Business
ie A business looking to promote their own website.
2) Web Design Agency
ie A Web Design company who wants to set up a simple method to control SEO activities for their clients, without getting bogged-down by the intricacies of link building. It allows them to expand their service offering and capitalise on potential client revenue.
3) SEO Agency
ie Traditional SEO companies who typically charge £4-500 per month and are frustrated at turning away potential clients with smaller budgets. For a small mark-up, almost everyone now becomes an ideal customer.
What other services do you offer?
As a member of NoFrillsSEO, you will be able to order other specific services, like ‘Article Submissions’, ‘High PR Blogs’ etc which will give your website an extra boost if needed, ie if you are chasing high-competition keywords. But don’t worry about that now. As a member, these will be explained in simple, jargon free english so you’ll be informed enough to know whether you want them or not. Typically, they will be used by Agencies, but this simple system allows any member to take advantage of simple SEO ordering.
That’s a lot of work for such little money, why do you bother?
Believe it or not, we get asked this question more than any other (apart from ‘How do you do it?). The answer is two-fold;
1) Firstly, we really do want to help small-medium sized business get off the ground with their SEO activities. A small amount of work at this level can make a big difference… and that’s how we get our buzz! Once we got rid of the headaches associated with working in this market, we realy enjoy making a difference – especially for businesses who would typically get turned away for less than £400 per month.
2) Secondly, it’s not entirely selfless, this is a big market. The more clients we get, the more buying power we get and the more we can affordably offer our clients, while increasing our revenue too. Everyone’s a winner!
I’ve seen SEO services being offered at £50 a month, you seem a bit expensive?
Yes, we’re sure you have. If you have some spare cash & time, try them out if you like. Seriously though, as experienced SEO professionals, we know that there isn’t much you can do for £50 especially if they’re looking to make a profit. Granted, we’re slightly biased, but after 12 months in development with some of the finest SEO & software development minds, we really don’t believe anything can beat NoFrillsSEO. One day maybe, someone might squeeze even more value out of your money, but for the time being, we are unbeatable.
